By accessing or using Novispry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

These terms apply to all users of Novispry, including free and paid users.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your country or region to use Novispry.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account. You must contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may not share, sell, transfer or provide unauthorized access to your Novispry account.

You may use Novispry only for lawful business and marketing purposes.

You must not use the service to create, store or distribute illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, infringing or malicious content.

You must not attempt to bypass usage limits, interfere with the service, access another user’s information, reverse engineer the platform or use automated systems in a way that places excessive demand on Novispry.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms or create a risk to Novispry, its users or third parties.

Some Novispry features require a paid subscription. Current pricing, included features and usage limits are shown before purchase.

Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through the available billing controls. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable.

We may change pricing or plan features in the future. Where required, we will provide notice before changes affect an existing paid subscription.

Novispry, including its software, design, branding, interface, features and original platform content, is owned by Novispry or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the business information, prompts, logos, images and other materials you submit to the service.

You grant Novispry the limited rights necessary to process, store and use submitted materials solely to operate and provide the requested service.

Your rights to use AI-generated output may also depend on applicable law, third-party provider terms and whether the output contains protected third-party material.

Novispry is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or suitable for every business purpose.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable or similar to existing content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated material before publishing or using it.

Novispry does not provide legal, financial, tax or professional marketing advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novispry will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novispry’s total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Novispry during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
